ตุ๊กตา from Thailand

Yup, ตุ๊กตา can be pronounced as dtook-ta, which means doll in Thailand. All Thais have an alas, their full names are just too long and hard to remember. This is one which I tried to go for mood, emotions rather than just the face. I think I am really falling in love with portraits with lots of emotions and mood. That was why my works tend to be more of this kind rather than geared towards fashion. Oh well.

What we can do when the sky's so beautiful

I was invited by Celest to help the girls to come out with something funky for their class calendar, and so we went to barrage on an extremely hot afternoon, but we were "refunded" with a beautiful sky. I was going for a wide angle distortion, and the girls werent expecting their faces and legs to be "why like that, why like that" haha.

Fun times. And thanks to Kevin who came down and help with the secret camwhoring. lol

4 is tough to compose, plus I had to take into account of the depth of field of the lens.. Thats 1 problem with the DSLR I hope to rectify as time comes..

This is my absolutely favorite shot in the whole series. I even printed it out on 8R and man, it does really look good. Definitely going into my material that will be used to create my website sometime.

I've been receiving queries about the post processing I did, because it looked really different from what I normally do. Thats because I added a new gradient layer using photoshop and b&w gradient, changing it to overlay and adjusting the angles and opacity. I believe alot of wedding photographers might be using this combo as well.
